The A461 is a pneumatic sealer for steel strapping. It is a stand-alone sealer that applies an up cut double-notch joint with a single strike.   The seal is applied securely and smoothly. The A461 is a strong tool and is largely used to strap hard to strap applications like timber, metal beams, pipes and tubes, and products with long diameter and with a small surface area. The sealer is used with Fromm’s A452 and is considered the strongest sealer that can pull about 1900 pounds of tension. It is recommended that this tool be used with a suspension bracket and a spring-loaded balancer due to the weight of the tool and the applications it will be strapping.
